- Location: Customer care staff
- Quantity: 2 people.
- Job description:
- Support sales staff drafting quotes, contracts, documents sent to customers.
- Monitoring the process of signing and performing contracts with customers.
- Contract management: Track contract term, carry out procedures for contract extension at maturity
- Receive customer information, answer customers’ questions within their knowledge. Coordinate with other departments to handle Customer complaints.
- Update and report sales reports, liabilities of Sales Department to the Board of Directors.
- Request:
- Female graduated from College and University
- Having at least 1-2 years of experience in the position of Sale Admin is an advantage
- There is a sense of responsibility at work, with teamwork skills.
- Work under pressure.
- Skilled in writing documents, managing statistics, extracting reports quickly
- Proficient use of office IT: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Mail
